We have an exciting opportunity to be a business partner in 2025 with a major healthcare insurance company and are looking for a Subject Matter Expert in Marketing, Corporate Communications, Media and PR to work with us to craft and present a winning RFP!The ideal Subject Matter Expert must have healthcare / health insurance PR and Media experience, demonstrated and measurable results, localized strategies, operational efficiency in reporting and media tracking as well as the ability to prove Share of Voice for brands.REQUIRED: -Healthcare Expertise: Extensive experience and a proven track record in the healthcare and healthinsurance sectors, including familiarity with industry regulations, audience dynamics, and relevant medialandscapes.-Integrated Campaigns Experience: Ability to develop proactive, integrated national and local campaigns that driveresults.-Multichannel Media Plans: Expertise in developing strong multichannel media plans. -Corporate Reputation: Deep experience in elevating the corporate reputation of brands and businesses,and great skill in anticipating and managing complex issues.-Media Expert: A n expert in both traditional and social media, with current mediacontacts and relationships and the ability to target campaigns and pitch media at local and nationallevels.-Complex Environments: Ability to engage and influence within a complex, matrixed environment.-Flexibility: Must have a nimble and flexible approach to work.-Flawless attention to detail.-Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.-Experience working with matrixed organizations- Efficient and effective approaches to working are essential.-Multicultural Capabilities: An understanding of diverse markets and the ability to effectivelycommunicate within them and pitch media with multicultural and multilingual capabilities.-Demonstrated experience in developing campaigns with localized insights and community level engagement.- Excellence in metrics and reporting, including the ability to pull comprehensivereports in real-time and present detailed analyses.This role is working with our Managed services division C360 and the RFP is due November 4th. Must be available to work with the team over the next two weeks.
