Our leading patient management platform is designed to enhance patient outcomes and streamline the workflow for healthcare providers. As we continue to innovate and expand our offerings, we are seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to join our team, lay the groundwork for our marketing team, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. The Role As the first senior marketing hire at Rhythm, the Director of Marketing will play a key role in shaping the future of the company. This role requires a hands-on player-coach who thrives in the details and is eager to roll up their sleeves to drive initiatives forward-reflecting Rhythm's culture of ownership and action. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a cross-functional marketing approach that emphasizes brand, content, and product marketing strategies equally. In this pivotal role, you will build and execute strategies that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition, overseeing efforts in product marketing, event-based marketing, content creation, and digital campaigns. You will craft compelling content that elevates our brand while aligning product marketing to showcase Rhythm's innovative remote cardiac monitoring solutions. Your data-driven approach will ensure continuous refinement of marketing plans, resonating with our diverse healthcare audiences Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing playbook and roadmap to enhance brand awareness, and inbound interest across all of our stakeholders including patients, community organizations, providers, health plans, and government agencies
  • Lead the evolution and maintenance of the brand's visual and written identity
  • Work closely with the CEO and Product Development Team to position our products and develop go-to-market strategies
  • Lead the planning, development and execution of marketing initiatives across various channels, including SEO, digital, social, print, events, collaboratives, etc.
  • Develop and launch press release campaigns for major business milestones
  • Conduct research to gather and synthesize insights to understand customer perceptions, preferences, and behaviors
  • Develop, drive and track key performance indicators and ROI of prioritized initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with all Department leads to ensure consistent messaging, alignment and integration
  • Manage budget and resources effectively, allocating appropriately based on data driven impact potential
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing, or a related field such as Growth or Content.
  • 3+ years of direct management experience with proven ability to hire and develop talent
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand marketing strategies with high ROI
  • Strong understanding and passion for Product Marketing (Insights, Positioning, Launches & Lifecycle)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Strong project management skills to effective prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills to ensure data driven decision making
  • Passion for helping improve the healthcare system through innovating technologies supporting doctors and patients
Location & Compensation This position is based in the United States and offers the flexibility of being located in either our Brooklyn, NY or Rockville, MD offices, or willingness to travel to each location several times per month to work closely with the CEO and various stakeholders. We believe in the value that in-person collaboration brings to accelerate problem-solving and execution, therefore this position is a hybrid position with the requirement of at least 6 days per month in office.
  • Base Salary: $160,000 - $190,000, depending on experience
