ResponsibilitiesA day in the life:
- Craft strategies for all Marketing, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and creative.
- Set, monitor and report on departmental goals.
- Design branding and growth strategies.
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts. (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
- Coordinate marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
- Participate in planning of company objectives.
- Other tasks as assigned.
QualificationsWhat you'll bring:
- Solid knowledge of web analytics Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Extensive knowledge of SEO, Facebook and Google Ads
- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
- A self-starter with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Must have the ability to work under deadlines and be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and confidentiality.
- Analytical mind
- Bachelor's Degree
- MA (preferred)
