This hybrid role, based in either our Fairfield, NJ headquarters or New York City office, offers a unique opportunity to shape the firm's marketing strategy and elevate our brand in the competitive consulting landscape. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of driving innovation and growth. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the firm's business objectives and enhances its position in the market.
- Lead and manage marketing to execute campaigns, digital marketing, event marketing, public relations, and other initiatives effectively.
- Oversee the firm's branding and corporate identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, client service, and operations, to ensure a cohesive brand message and customer experience.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in marketing strategies.
- Assist with thought leadership materials, collaborating with subject matter experts
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and ROI.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, media, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, presentations, and press releases.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in the management consulting industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and brand management.
- Proficient in marketing analytics and performance measurement tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
