We are currently seeking a Director of Marketing. As the Director of Marketing, you will lead the marketing department in executing marketing strategies aimed at driving traffic, increasing occupancy, and maximizing resident retention across our portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze market trends, property performance, and customer insights to optimize campaigns and improve results.

* Manage all digital marketing efforts content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and advertising.

* Create and implement targeted advertising and outreach programs for prospective residents, leveraging both digital and traditional media.

* Collaborate with property management teams to design and execute on-site events, promotions, and other creative initiatives to increase community engagement.

* Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance, identify key metrics, and adjust strategies to ensure continued success.

* Partner with leasing teams to develop marketing collateral, including brochures, websites, virtual tours, and video content.

* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor marketing strategies, and new technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

* Oversee property websites, ensuring accuracy

* Oversee the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective spending to maximize return on investment.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

* 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role within multi-housing property management. Construction and/or Development experience a plus

* Track record in developing successful marketing campaigns that drive traffic and lead to increased occupancy.

* Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven marketing and using metrics to inform decision-making.

* Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and social media platforms.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging.

* Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and execute them effectively.

* Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors.

* Familiarity with property management software and customer relationship management tools is a plus.
