We are looking for a Director of Marketing to be responsible to develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to support the company's objectives. The Director of Marketing coordinates marketing campaigns and analyzes and reports on the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns, monitors and analyzes industry trends and market competitors. Ensures the organization's brand message is consistent across all channels and marketing efforts and in line with the needs and mission of the organization. The Director of Marketing, directly with the Chief Commercial Officer, and senior management, to set overall organizational strategic plans and priorities and considers and analyzes the implications of proposed actions and decisions on the whole of the organization.

Qualifications:

A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care

• Education: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications or an equivalent combination of education, training and expertise.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years combined senior management and communications experience in an organization involving a significant number of people with diverse and varied interests and backgrounds. Must include strategic planning, communications planning and management, marketing and media relations.
• Required: Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance.
