Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be based in our Highlands, NC office and will require occasional travel to our Naples, FL office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a strong understanding of luxury branding. This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various platforms, including website, social media, newsletters, and direct mail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote luxury real estate listings and services across multiple channels.
- Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring all content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
- Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, to increase engagement and grow the company's online presence.
- Design and distribute newsletters to clients and prospects, highlighting new listings, market trends, and company updates.
- Coordinate direct mail campaigns targeting high-net-worth individuals and potential clients in Highlands, NC, and Naples, FL.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and objectives.
- Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor activities in the luxury real estate market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing is preferred but not essential. preferably within the luxury real estate or related industries.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website management.
- Strong creative writing and content creation skills and graphic design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the Highlands, NC, and Naples, FL real estate markets is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally between the two office locations.
