Company Description: Bel-Air Manor is a 71-bed, family-owned skilled nursing facility in Newington, Connecticut specializing in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We are currently hiring a MDS Coordinator (RN). Come join our team!$10,000 sign on bonusMonday-Friday 8am-4pmResponsibilities:Conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessment (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the resident assessment, including the implementation of RAPs and Triggers.
