Southern Glazer's offers a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $106,400 - $160K/Year, an Annual 20% Bonus, an Annual $7,200 Car Allowance, plus additional Incentives. This salary range is an average range for this position. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

Overview
The Dir, Merchandising is responsible for leadership and direction of Merchandising Managers to ensure that SGWS products are available and supported by point-of-sale materials in the accounts. The Merchandising Director leads all merchandising and stocking activities within a designated area.
Primary Responsibilities
* Lead and direct the overall staffing strategies and development, motivation, and retention of staff
* Analyze business results to develop and implement market strategies for merchandising to drive sales
* Establish the expected merchandising standards and ensuring that standards and accuracy control are met in the market
* Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial control processes for all Merchandising functions
* Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Additional Primary Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
* or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* years of retail management, beverage industry or similar field
* Three or more years of experience in a manager or supervisor role, leading a team
* Must possess a reliable vehicle, a valid drivers' license and the ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance by State laws
* Must be at least 21 years of age
