This is a Hunter role and specific to large accounts100% remote with 50% travel to client sitesRemote - Full Time - SalesPosition: Director of Client Solutions - USOverview:As the Director of Client Solutions, you will spearhead the identification and acquisition of new national accounts, develop strategic STAFFING solutions, and implement a sales strategy to secure these opportunities. Your role involves a proactive sales approach, overcoming objections, and delivering tailored staffing solutions to meet client needs.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential leads within your territory using your market expertise and competitor insights.
- Utilize the company CRM to track and document the sales progression of the top 100 targets in your territory.
- Create and execute a vertical-based sales strategy for each qualified opportunity, managing the sales cycle from start to finish.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to position our company favorably in presentations and negotiations.
- Provide weekly updates on the sales funnel status to the VP of your designated territory.
Operational Delivery:
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on our service solutions and delivery mechanisms, both internally and with clients.
- Generate qualified leads, develop presentations, proposals, and other sales materials in collaboration with marketing, pricing, legal, and other support teams.
- Lead the creation of solutions to meet National Account team objectives and negotiate deals to maximize revenue, including strategic pricing to ensure targeted gross margins.
- Adapt current service offerings to address specific customer needs as necessary.
- Achieve a minimum of 8 new national accounts annually.
Industry & Market Expertise:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in delivery.
- Track competitor activities and use our differentiators to maintain our position as a market leader.
- Enhance brand awareness through advertising, digital mail, social media, job fairs, and professional memberships.
- Collaborate with internal and external experts to continuously improve our service offerings.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
