Based in Lake Zurich, Illinois, IMS (N.A.) Services, LLC is a successful and fast-growing contract manufacturer for medical and healthcare OEMs, with its own overseas manufacturing facilities for electromechanical and sewing products.

Due to business growth, there is an immediate need for an experienced Director of National Sales based in Lake Zurich, Illinois to join our business.

Responsibilities:

· Set up and develop a national manufacturing sales representative network, except for areas in which we have existing sales personnel

· Manage all sales activities, including direct local sales

· Oversee Midwest Regional Sales office

Requirements:

· Minimum of 15 years sales experience

· Experience working with and developing medical/healthcare manufacturing sales representatives is vital

· Proven sales experience with medical/healthcare OEMs in direct sales territory of Illinois, Wisconsin and neighboring states is a plus

· Travel as needed to work in field with manufacturing representatives

· Experience in working with engineers and engineering design firms is a plus
