Director of Nursing / Charge Nurse FULL TIME TUES thru SAT NO OVERNIGHTS NO HOLIDAYSDirector of Nursing / Charge Nurse sought for Cherry Hill Women s Center, a state licensed ambulatory surgical center that has delivered excellence in abortion and reproductive healthcare for over 45 years, always at the forefront of best practices in our field. Our team members are committed to advocating and caring for people seeking legal, safe, compassionate and respectful abortion care, in addition to assistance for adoption services and prenatal care.Responsibilities include:Provide direct patient care and staff support including RN roles:Pre-procedure medical assessmentRecovery Room nursingParticipating in training of student nursesSupports clinical oversight of the nursing and medical staff.Assists in orientation and training programs for new employees.Assists in creation and upkeep of policies and procedures that govern clinical servicesOur team welcomes empathetic, committed, experienced RNs with a strong work ethic, sense of humor and a desire to be a part of a team. Candidates with IV insertion experience and fluently bilingual preferred.
