This is a full time position.Qualifications:- 2+ years as a Director of Nursing ( DON ) or Assistant Director of Nursing ( ADON ) at a Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) with experience in leadership and nursing staff development- Clear understanding of procedures and patient care within a SNF setting- General understanding of budgeting and financial reporting- Valid degree in Nursing.
