About You – Our Ideal Director of Nursing (DON) Candidate:

• Experience: 2-5 years as a DON or ADON in long-term care (LTC) preferred.
• Credentials: Active RN license
• Leadership: Strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal and team-building skills.

Your Role as Director of Nursing (DON):

• Set and uphold high standards of nursing care.
• Inspire and manage a talented nursing team through training, evaluation, and mentorship.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
