We are looking for an experienced DON to organize and oversee all nursing operations of the facility (of 100 + beds). The DON will create a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies. This position requires a hard-working and compassionate registered nurse with finely developed managerial and administrative skills with an emphasis on problem-solving.
