One of our top clients is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Nursing to join the team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people and a commitment to providing quality care.

Director of Nursing

In this role, you will:

• Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing care services in our community, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans, policies, and procedures in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of nurses and nursing assistants, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Oversee medication administration, resident assessments, and care coordination with other healthcare providers.
• Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance the quality of care.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and other team members.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• A current and active RN license in the state of New York.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a senior living or assisted living facility, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing nursing care plans and policies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• A strong commitment to resident-centered care and quality improvement.
