The Director of Nursing leads the hospital operationally and strategically for this critical access facility. This position is responsible for ensuring that nursing policies, procedures, and standards describe and guide the provision of nursing care required by all patients and patient populations served by the hospital. The role will design, develop, and implement systems and processes that directly improve the value of services and overall organizational performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Management experience
• Strong analytical and conflict resolution background experience.
• Knowledge and experience in information privacy laws, access, release of information and release control technologies.
• Knowledge and ability to apply the principles of project management and change management.
