Job Opportunity: Director of Emergency Department

We are seeking a Director of Emergency Department to lead a dedicated team in an emergency department that sees 28,000 patients annually. • Emergency Department Leadership: Lead a rural ED with strong connections to the community, working closely with first responders and mentoring nurses at all levels.

Requirements:

• ED clinical experience
• 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience
• BSN and BLS certifications
• Advanced certifications preferred: TNCC, ENPC, CEN
• Advanced degree preferred: MSN, MBA, or MHA
