Job Responsibilities: Manage and supervise nursing staff in various units including ER. Develop and implement care plans for patients based on their individual needs. Ensure compliance with all nursing standards and regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Job Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Previous experience in nursing management and direct patient care. Certifications in Trauma Nursing Core Course, Neonatal Resuscitation Program, and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit preferred. Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS.
