Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Nursing Service Department Audits nursing documentation to ensure regulatory compliance maintained to ensure wholistic care for our residents. Makes daily rounds for observation of the care of residents Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team. Maintains Infection Control practices and documentation for all staff and residents. Responsible for ensuring education is provided as needed in collaboration with the management team.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse RN with a minimum of supervisory/leadership experience in nursing in a long-term care setting. Experience with geriatric population in long term care environment.
