Asthe Director of Nursing, you'll have the pleasure of directing anddeveloping our wonderful Nursing Department to maintain quality standards ofcare in accordance with current Federal, State and Solaris HealthCarestandards, guidelines, and regulations. In absence of the Administrator, you'llassume the responsibility. We need a driven individual that is capable ofproblem solving, delegating tasks, and communicating in a timely and effectivemanner.
