SUMMARY:
The Director of Operations will oversee and manage the day-to-day operational activities to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality fiber internet services to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding and training of new staff, fostering a high-performing team to manage all operational activities within the Michigan market.
- Oversee end-to-end operations, including the maintenance of existing fiber networks, coordination and scheduling of service drops, and ensuring technicians are fully equipped to execute daily tasks.
- Supervise and optimize technician pre-game capacity, ensuring workforce readiness and efficient task allocation.
- Providing regular updates on regional performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of proven track record in Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) operations and deployment, with extensive experience in managing related processes.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Experience in budget management, with the ability to plan, allocate, and optimize resources effectively.
- Highly analytical with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
- Adaptable and ready to thrive in a startup environment, bringing flexibility and a growth mindset to the role.
