Flagship is seeking a Director of Operations who will oversee multiple sites and be vital to Flagship's gold standard in client care. This role will operate at a high level, have visibility directly with executive leadership and be client facing. It will also require at least 50% travel to Denver, Minneapolis, and Salt Lake City. The Director of Operations will work closely with the Vice President of Operations to develop and execute a variety of strategies to maximize profits while maintaining an acceptable level of service quality within the assigned region. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of relationship management, safety, employee Relations, and overall management of facilities maintenance and custodial staff.
