If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a Consulting Director of Operations for our finance team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring that our finance function operates at the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness. This position requires a high level of strategic thinking, leadership, and advanced organizational skills. Responsibilities:As a Consulting Director of Operations in our finance team, you will:1. Lead the planning, direction, and coordination of the organization's operational activities.2. Develop, implement, and oversee operational policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the company's business goals.3. Work closely with senior management to contribute to the development of the company's strategic plans.4. Oversee the preparation of the annual budget, financial forecasts, and report variances.5. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for the Consulting Director of Operations position should possess the following:1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the finance industry, with a focus on operations.3. Exceptional understanding of financial and accounting principles, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis.4. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.5.
