About The Role - Director Of Operations

The Director of Operations is to work directly with and in the absence of the General Manager to maintain and improve Hotel Operations. The ideal Director of Operations will accomplish this by monitoring the daily functions of Rooms and F&B departments, including providing support and guidance to each of the teams, ending in a positive guest experience. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the entire Operations function. Duties may also include training, staff development, scheduling and promoting a positive culture for colleagues and guests alike.

Wage Information:

The salary range for this position is $116,900 to $181,200. This is the pay range for this position that Hyatt Regency Newport Beach reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
