DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
10. Oversee the development of vital assembly guides, operational manuals and illustrations for manufacturing processes utilizing computer aided design and manufacturing software applications in the effective execution of this activity. 12. Participate and manage brainstorming sessions and cross-departmental meetings to increase productivity and decrease cost. 13. Maintain a positive work environment by professional and courteous conduct and communications with others, including supervisors, co-workers, clients, and vendors. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent. Masters preferred. 15 years' experience required. Knowledge of advanced manufacturing methods in test, assembly, and fabrication required for electronic hardware. Familiarity and experience with RF & microwave frequency products, subassemblies, modules, and printed circuit boards. Experience in wire bonding and working with chip and wire processes required. Familiar with a cleanroom environment Problem solver familiar with root cause analysis and project management.
