Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations at NEXGEN VENTURES, LLC in Rochester, NY. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of 9 McDonald restaurants, ensuring efficient processes are in place to maximize profits and implementing strategies to meet business objectives. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to perform at their best, maintain high standards, and deliver and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
- oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple McDonald's locations
- Ensure compliance with all McDonald's standards, policies, and procedures
- Teach, inspire, and motivate staff to achieve their full potential.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and execute plans to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales
- Ensure staff accountability and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement training programs
- Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role withing the fast food or restaurant industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
