A waste management client of Insight Global is looking for a Director of Operations to oversee their Upstate NY locations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing three locations - Chester, Chestnut Ridge and Sloatsburg as well as 10+ direct reports. You will be responsiblefor the growth and development of your direct reports, disciplinary action and ensure that facility goals are being met. You will be responsible for heavy data analysis from the facilities to help implement new processes and procedures to increase productivity and efficiencies. Additionally, you will help with the budget, P&L and other finance related tasks alongside the VP.
