Pacific has been exclusively retained to support a global market leader with a global presence to search for an operations Director to oversee the manufacturing facility. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, safety, quality, and growth at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to improve capacity utilization, explore expansion opportunities, and enhance site performance.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards while addressing and improving safety protocols.
  • Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Track and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Lead operational transformation efforts to streamline processes, elevate standards, and prepare the site for future growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree (MBA) preferred.
  • 5+ years of operations leadership experience, ideally in healthcare packaging, thermoforming, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong leadership with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving cultural transformation.
  • Proven ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives and manage operational P&L.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, PPM, ISO, and EHSS protocols.
  • Strong communicator with demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior leadership.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
