Our client is looking for a Director of Operations who can lead, manage, and hold their departments accountable. The Director of Operations will ensure everyone throughout the organization understands their role, goals, the processes and how it all works together. In this role you will:- Faithfully execute the business plan, achieving or exceeding planned P&L objectives- Lead, manage, and hold the leadership team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments - Integrate all major operating functions of the business- Ensure everyone is rowing together in the same direction- Model the way, always working toward the greater good of the business- Resolve issues effectively, seeing the real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out the problems, and solving the problems in a practical and healthy manner- Ensure that the leadership team is healthy, functional, and cohesive.- Ensure that everyone is truly following and adhering to the company's core processes and operating system with consistency- Demonstrate effective project management skills- Demonstrate a relentless obsession with values alignment, focus, simplicity, and clarity- Collaborate with the CEO and translate his visions into functional plans for the companyBase salary, medical, dental, life, 401k.
