Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing operations.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a similar industry or organization is preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
