The Director of Operations must be committed to San Benito Health Foundation's Mission, Vision and Values of caring for and providing high quality comprehensive services to the community while driving a culture of engagement and collaboration. The Director of Operations develops and implements the company's strategic plan, as defined by the Chief Executive, and is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the center. The Director of Operations is a key member of the executive leadership team and works directly with leadership staff.
Director of Operations is a full-time, exempt position. The ideal candidate will have full understanding of the needs of low-income, seniors, and ethnic minorities; typically acquired in multiple years of experience working with non-profit organizations or community groups. Performance of the duties and responsibilities of the job requires the equivalent of extensive formal training in primary health care delivery and administration. This includes an understanding of the application of the theory and practices of the profession to the operations of the organization, usually in the form of a major in public health (or equivalent) as part of a Master's Degree (or other applicable extended training program).
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
* Master's degree in relevant field
* Minimum 2 years of management experience
* Bilingual in Spanish preferred
