The Director of Operations oversees the day-to-day activities of Land Development Group, ensuring efficient and effective operations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities· Provides leadership to the team that is in alignment with company vision, mission, and values· Monitors project progress and ensures key milestones are achieved· Allocate resources efficiently to meet project objectives· Identifies and mitigates potential risks and exposures· Ensures city inspections and acceptance are completed within the required timeframe· Communicates project updates, milestones, and challenges to relevant parties· Conducts regular inspections to assess project quality· Identifies opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains· Implements best practices to enhance project delivery· Recruits and develops positive working relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies· Provides constructive and timely performance evaluationsQualifications and Skills· Minimum of 5 years of project management experience· Previous experience in residential land development and construction preferred· Proficient in the use of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications· Strong interpersonal and time management skills· OSHA training required within six (6) months of hire· Valid driver's license and clean driving recordSalary Range and Benefits$100,000+ annually (based on experience), paid weeklyHealth insurance, vacation time, and retirement benefits included.EEO StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer.
