Job Description:
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead the planning, development, and execution of our organizational policies and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance and fostering growth. This pivotal role will require close collaboration with executive leadership and department heads to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently across all company locations while maintaining financial accountability. - Direct Hire - Salary: $130k - $150k and full benefits Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure streamlined workflows, optimized processes, and effective resource allocation across all departments.
  • Mentor and develop department managers to cultivate a positive and productive workplace culture. Collaborate with executive leadership to create, implement, and monitor strategic plans that align with the company's goals.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure resource efficiency and alignment with financial targets.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for operational enhancements, implementing best practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate quality.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards, proactively managing risks.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure departments meet or exceed performance expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure quality services and negotiate cost savings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in operations management, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in the legal or service-based industry is advantageous.
  • Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
