Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations at Miller & Miller Law Firm LLC in Milwaukee, WI. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery. This position will also be responsible for assisting in the HR functions of the firm.
