Job Description
This is your opportunity to build and lead world-class teams to deliver an exceptional service experience in our pursuit to be the best-loved operator of one-of-a-kind luxury hotels, resorts, and residences in the world. Reporting to the GM, this is a senior member of our Executive Team and has accountability for all operating departments. A champion of the brand and our values, this role plays a meaningful contribution to achieving our desired financial results.
* Oversee and maintain all operational departments to ensure performance at the highest level of guest satisfaction and service excellence
* Serves as a strategic partner and adviser across departments, providing input and leadership in setting goals, executing our vision, and enacting changes that will better the business.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills (people like and respect you), and you make an effort to connect to all stakeholders, establishing and strengthening meaningful connections
* A thoughtful operator with an ability to manage both short and long-term financial objectives, adding value and managing outcomes through a balanced lens
* Maintain and champion the Auberge Resorts Collection Culture on property.
* Maintain knowledge of market trends, property systems, and standards.
Qualifications
* Five or more years' operating experience as a Director of Operations within a luxury hotel environment, preferably resort
* Experience overseeing both Rooms and Food & Beverage
* Strong aptitude in financial management, financial reports and analysis.
* Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.
* Desire to become a future General Manager within Auberge Resorts with the ability to relocate for your next opportunity
