Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree preferred

* Valid Ohio Business Manager License preferred

* Experience in business administration or closely related field

* Construction experience preferred

* School District experience preferred

* Successful experience with project management and completion

Position Overview:

* Responsible for the daily operations of the physical plant of the School District

* Oversees the Transportation, Maintenance/Custodian/Facilities and Food Service Departments

* Works cooperatively with district administration and supervisors

* Serves as a member of the District Leadership Team
