- Operational Leadership Across Departments:
- Oversee daily operations across all departments, including marketing, finance, HR, and IT, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic growth objectives.

- Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Team Development and Culture Building:

What We're Looking For:
- Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. An advanced degree in Business or Law is preferred.
