Responsibilities
+ Oversee Customer Service Department
+ Oversee customer service production and delivery of 200+ accounts valued at 100 million+ dollars across two plants
+ 1 Order Entry Lead
+ 6 CSR's
+ 3 Order Entry Specialist
+ Authorize and manage day-to-day internal functions across operational, strategic, financial, staffing and administrative departments
+ Head employee relations by hosting bi-weekly production meetings
+ Professional development & review sessions
+ Approve all hours, overtime, vacation time & absolve any staffing issues
+ Oversee Art Department
+ Oversee art department production and delivery of artwork & plates for all customers
+ 1 Art Lead
+ 1 Art Coordinator
+ Review of billables and direct final pricing to CSR's
+ Schedule press approvals based on deliverables with production staff
+ Review of GMI practices and certification renewals
+ Oversee All Accounts
+ Supervise day-to-day activity for high priority, complex accounts such as Quoting, R&D, PO Processing, Timeline Management, Inventory Programs and Shipping
+ Spearhead customer relations by organizing and hosting customer visits
+ Facilitate onboarding process for all new accounts
+ Approve all aspects of production, quality control, and delivery with both the customers and company's best interest in mind
+ Coordinate all requested customer documents and SQF paperwork
+ Oversee Quality Issues and SQF Practices
+ Review of customer complaints with QC Manager
+ Approve Returns
+ Track all issues & report to upper management
