Director of Operations

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring that all locations meet company standards for performance, customer service, and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute operational strategies that support the company's growth objectives.
- Manage and optimize supply chain, inventory, and logistics processes to ensure product availability and efficient distribution.
- Analyze operational data, identify trends, and implement improvements to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the customer experience.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop long-term business strategies and translate them into actionable operational plans.
- Lead and mentor a team of managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
- Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring operational activities stay within allocated resources and drive profitability.
- Stay updated on retail industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational processes.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple locations and drive operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing retail environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with retail management software and ERP systems preferred.

Salary: Between $130,000 - $150,000/year, based on experience
