NEW! Director of Operations for International Organization for 2025

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our senior management team. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations (managing the company budget, ensuring operational compliance is followed, and addressing administrative issues). Please note: THIS IS AN ON-SITE/OFFICE ROLE in Middlesex County, NJ. Please only apply if you are LOCAL to this area!

This new Director of Operations position in the Cranbury/Monroe Twp area. This role requires a candidate who has 3PL knowledge, has dealt with the retail industry and has experience with the following:

• Directing a warehouse and understanding inventory
• Worked with retail/apparel industry*
• Ensure ISO compliance and implementing KPIs
• Manage P&L
• Interpret financial reports and handle accounting basics
• Inbound and outbound shipments
