SigmaSense is searching for a Director of Operations to help bring our exciting touch controllers to mass production. The role will be based with global colleagues at our Austin, TX location.

Responsibilities

• Management of global supply chain, including wafer foundry and OSAT partners
• Inventory management
• Monthly S&OP and MOF processes
• Customer order tracking and fulfillment
• Engineering order tracking and fulfillment
• General procurement and company logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline
• 5+ years in operations and/or procurement positions in a semiconductor hardware company
• Experience developing business relationships and managing supply chain partners
• Contract experience
• Detailed understanding of supply logistics and inventory management
• Experience with supply chain software tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Beyond operations experience, ideal candidate would also have experience with:

o ERP software

o Excel and/or Python macros

o Small team management experience
