Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in operations management, specifically within the transportation industry. In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and controlling operational costs.
