Manage the operations budget, including forecasting, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure financial success. Identify and develop opportunities for business growth and operational improvements, contributing to the companys long-term strategic goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in operations management, specifically within the transportation industry. In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and controlling operational costs. High level of organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in operational and transportation management software (TMS). Why This Role?
