The Director of Operations – Marina Jack Restaurants is responsible for overseeing the Front of House operations in all outlets. This role encompasses operational management, staff leadership, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the restaurant industry, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Oversee Front of House Operations to ensure compliance with company standards and policiesTrain and mentor restaurant managers and key staff members to create a high performing teamDevelop and implement training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about menus, customer service standards, and the core values of the companyFoster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagementCollaborate with General Manager to establish and execute short-term and long-term business goalsAssume other duties and responsibilities required or assigned by General ManagerOPERATING RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager overseeing operations for a high-volume establishment generating annual revenues of at least $5 millionSkilled in various aspects of restaurant operations, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record keeping, and report preparationExcellent computer, problem-solving, and customer service skillsStrong leadership, motivational and people skillsAbility to organize and prioritize workAbility to collaborate effectively with internal and external customersAdaptable to a fast-paced environmentExperience with restaurant management softwareMust have flexible schedule to include working weekends and holidaysMust be ServSafe CertifiedWORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
