Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations with a strong background in marketing and digital agency environments to oversee and optimize our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing complex projects, improving operational processes, and driving organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the agency.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to drive operational excellence.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring operational costs are controlled and financial targets are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for company-wide initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and drive improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field (MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior operational role within a marketing or digital agency is a must.
