Director of Molding OperationsOur client is a global leading injection molder, providing innovative solutions to their industry for over 100 years. They have a phenomenal growth story, often by 20-30% year-over-year. There is also an annual bonus which goes straight to the 401(k).•A career of recession-proof stability and opportunities for advancement•The ability to have your voice heard in driving innovation and growth both on a day-to-day basis and with long term projectsYour unique role with the company:•Reporting directly to the VP of Global Operations, you will work with the leadership team to translate business strategy into actions and results•Manage the day-to-day manufacturing & assembly operations across three facilities with 500+ total employees, responsible for safety, schedules, quality, and budgets•You will serve as a change agent for the continuous improvement culture, driving CI strategies across all value streams, suppliers, and vendors•Work with planning, sales, quality, engineering, & finance to ensure schedules are met and our customers receive their products on time and with the highest qualityLocation Chciago, IllinoisWhat we are looking for in a Candidate:•BS degree in a technical discipline•A demonstrated track record of leading teams, problem solving, and continuous improvement projects in a manufacturing environment•Experience with assembly, molding, and other manufacturing processes such as fabrication & welding•The ability to travel domestically & internationally as needed, approximately 20%
