AIR CARGO POWERHOUSE looking for a Director to manage multiple sites from Washington to California.
This high-visibility role works with Executive team and local managers to ensure the safety, efficiency, growth, and profitability of all facilities throughout the West Coast region.
Responsibilities
Maintain financial health of several cargo facilities, each with 250+ employees.Review operational data and financial reports for internal and external analysis.Communicate frequently (via phone, email and in-person) with VIP customers.Implement changes as necessary to benefit operations and clients.Provide local management with tools they need to thrive and grow.Guide and lead in a way that promotes self-motivation, contribution and satisfaction.Requirements
Minimum 10 years in logistics/supply chain/transportation/airfreight management.Command of airport warehouse cargo operations and safety protocols.Must be able to set direction, obtain buy-in, lead, and course-correct.Experience with budgets, forecasts, financial data, and performance metrics.Computer savvy - familiar with Excel - able to run reports and analyze data.Strong leadership and communication skills with colleagues and clients.Willing to work outside of traditional business hours/days as needed.Must travel to all assigned stations on a regular basis.The Company Offers
