Mohammad's vision is to help less fortunate women of color become entrepreneurs and financially independent by providing micro-loans, financial education, asset building through savings and credit building strategies.Role Overview:Grameen America Inc. is seeking a Director of Partnerships that will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing new relationships as well as existing community and programmatic partners. This position will also be responsible for growing our member base and enhancing our group-lending model. The Director will collaborate with our National Operations and Field Operations to create these partnerships, and to build the bridges between the local relationships with the Branch team.Job Responsibilities:The first phase of the Director's responsibility will be to manage the pre-launch of the Elevate Black Women Entrepreneurs (EBWE) initiative. Additionally, you will be responsible for testing the feasibility of the partner model to inform recruitment, and the benefits of making the program more attractive to meet the needs of this community.Develop and create key partnerships and opportunities that will make a direct contribution to our strategic goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams/groups to execute business initiatives, lead analysis and develop and communicate recommendations for growing partnerships.Align our core Operating strategies of Recruitment; Retention; Renewals and Returns.Responsible for testing the feasibility of the partner models to manage the EBWE program during the pre-launch period.Manage the relationship with specific clients in Newark, NJ to test the Partnership Model for Member recruitment and programmatic enhancement.Analyze current industry trends to identify rare member opportunities that would generate new business.Identify and build partnerships for the Harlem, NY branch to improve both recruitment and ongoing value added services for members.Identify and shortlist other types of partners for member outreach including specialized partners. (At least 1 faith-based partner.)Manage and execute the EBWE's E3-Branch Network Model: From the pre-launch test period, drive the partnership model in the three cities to support either member recruitment or programmatic services or both in these new locations.Serve as a member of the National Operations and Programs team to identify, manage and facilitate new and existing partnerships in existing and new markets. Including in Spokes of the EBWE from all existing branches.Coordinate and lead partnerships related to financial implications.Closely track all program outputs, membership impact, and alignment of mutual goals in the partnership.Manage all reporting and analytics against key metrics.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree; Master's degree and/or 3-5 years of experience developing and managing community partnerships.Proven ability to influence and find strategic partnerships that have led to increased memberships.Demonstrated success of expanding and cultivating existing partnerships.Excellent communication, presentation and written skills.Strong ability to lead, prioritize, organize and meet deadlines.Proficiency in English required.
