In this new position you will be part of a fast-growing construction company helping them shape the culture of the company with a focus on training and development.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on training and development. You will work closely with the President of the company and the Leadership team in furthering their mission to create a company culture of empowerment, growth and empathy.
In addition, you will help build out a talent pipeline by building relationships with local schools and colleges to provide a pathway for these students to have a successful career in the construction industry.
