- Sound working knowledge of statistical concepts, methods, and data collection procedures.

- Prepare comprehensive reports and represent ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Must have the ability to plan, coordinate, and direct the work of subordinate staff engaged in various professional, technical, and clerical functions.

- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources (HR) management as Director of HR or Assistant Director of HR
